Imperial Exploration’s roots are in the Permian Basin. Its management team has been involved in the Delaware Basin since the emergence of the horizontal Wolfcamp play in 2005. In the Midland Basin, the team has been involved in several thousand acres throughout the core Wolfberry play area. Imperial will continue its primary focus on the Permian, which has proved to be the most prolific and resilient oil and gas play in all market conditions, and is actively building positions to add to its existing acreage for current and future development in the Delaware and Midland Basins, as well as the Central Basin Platform.
